Kosher food for soldiers in Israel
Morai V’Rabbosai,
The son of our dear Mispalel Dr Mark Rutenberg, R Avrohom Chaim Rutenberg, arrived here for a week from Eretz Yisroel to visit his parents. He is the creator and manager of a unique project in Eretz Yisroel. Realizing that soldiers who are fighting in Gaza and Lebanon may not have access to regular and Kosher food sources at all times, he came up with the idea to make and distribute Kosher beef jerky to the soldiers. Beef Jerky does not require refrigeration and is an excellent source of needed protein. The factory he created to produce the Jerky is staffed by frum people who get their parnasa from this wonderful enterprise as well. The program has been wildly successful beyond any initial expectations. R Avrohom Chaim would like to maintain and even expand the program and is asking for our help. Anyone who is interested in partnering and or assisting in this wonderful endeavour is asked to contact him at 347 216 0097. Or you can come meet him in Shul at one of our Minyanim over the next week. I have included attachments below which give you a picture of the actual product as well as an invitation to hear him elaborate on his project tomorrow evening at KBY of Wesley Hills.
