Yom Tov thank yous

Morai V’Rabbosai,

Ah Gezunten Vinter!

We just finished a beautiful and uplifting Yom tov period and it is time for us to express our Hakoras Hatov to all those who helped make it happen. We of course must begin with the Ribono Shel Olam and הודו לה׳ כי טוב כי לעולם חסדו! Without his Hashgacha, Pratis U’Klalis we’d have nothing at all.

Now we can turn to thanking those of our Mispallilim who helped make the Yomim Tovim so enjoyable:

  • Number one on any and all lists, must be our devoted and amazing Gabbai, R Bentzion Dickman. Without Bentzion I shudder to think what our Bais Medrash would look like, and how it could function. It is he who makes seder in the chaos, and it is he who tracks all that needs tracking, and all that needs maintaining in our BH”D. After this not easy, but yet once again successful Yomtov season, we all owe him a major YiYasher Koach. The RBS”O should iy”h give him Koach to continue , and be Mosif Simcha al Simchaso, may he and his family be Zocheh to only Bracha, Nachas and Gezunt עד ביאת גואל צדק במה”ב
  • I want to thank all those who participated in the Shul auctions of the Aliyos and Kibudim. In a small Shul like ours which has limited resources, your involvement is so very meaningful.
  • The Shul extends our heartfelt and enormous Hakoras Hatov to  R Raphael Jaffe and his Family, who not only make sure our weekly Kiddushim are well supplied, but once again outdid themselves with the amazing Simchas Torah Kiddush (which was really, for all intents, a meal with all they set up and served.) We also want to thank them for making the outstanding Pekelach that my, and everyone else’s Einiklach still haven’t finished eating. We also thank the Steinman family for the sponsorship of those Pekelach. Yiyasher Koach ! The dancing, the food and the Pecklach all created a wonderful Yomtov atmosphere enjoyed by all!
  • I also feel we should once again mention the fact, that for the Yomim Toyvim, the Shul was very much Bashaint by R Yitzy Zuckers amazing renovations and painting as well as R Leiby Markowitz”s new tablecloths

In all it was B”H a successful Yom Tov time period for our Shul. We only hope that the Ribono Shel Olam accepts all the Tefillos and Avoda of all our Mispallailm and brings the Goel Tzedek B’Mihayrah
