Pesach update from the Rabbi

Pesach is around the corner, a mere week away.  This Shabbos Parshas Tzav is already Shabbos Hagadol iy”H and the following are some Erev Yomtov items I would like to bring to your attention.

• The collection for Kimcheh DePischa (through Tomchei Shabbos and Kupas Ezra) will end after Shabbos Iy”h as the money needs to get to the Aniyim so they can use it for Yomtov
• The Shabbos Hagadol Drasha will be iy’h at 535pm on this Shabbos afternoon in Hilchos HaChag. Mincha will follow at approximately at 630pm (Shkiya is at 717pm on Shabbos)
• Once again R Shmuel Bloch will be gracing us with a Siyum on erev Yomtov after Schachris, the Shul and especially the Bechorim very much appreciate that he undertakes this every year.
• If anyone who purchased Shul Matzos is able to be Mivater on a few pounds there are those who weren’t expecting to be here for Yomtov and whos plans changed due to the war, who would like to have some of our matzos. If you are willing, please let Avrohom Arlin or me know, You will of course receive a full refund on any Matzos returned and a mitzvah of helping your Shechaynim
• Final note: The Shul’s Summer calendar should be out in a fews days Iy”H copies will be sent and made available to all. A special thank you to Fully Jaffe for compiling it, as always!
